Hi Joel, you may be able to use 3D printed bolts into the non threaded 3D printed holes if you run a tap into the hole first - providing you have say x3 shell layers on the part with the 3D printed hole in - some lube like silicone grease may help after you have tapped the hole to allow easy insertion of the 3D printed bolt - Dale, Kora 3D

I got this code with p0050? Does that means both sensors are gone?
I realize this is a 3 year old video but it came into my feed so I had to watch. 128 ft-lbs is equal to 1536 inch lbs which is about 15% more than the Bauer is rated to handle. Not surprised the Bauer wouldn’t break the RAM lug nut. I have the Bauer impact driver and a dewalt impact driver in my personal tool collection. I use Milwaukee and Makita at work. Driving screws and breaking down electrical panels i can’t really tell much difference between the 4 brands. If using it for heavy mechanical work definitely need to pay attention to the torque ratings. The cordless impacts available now are more suited for busting large bolts loose.

I think it's the same cable that connect to the sensor is bad, try to inspect it by using Multimeter and make sure the pins are OK.
