I can't seem to unscrew the head on the 4WD shifter, it's extremely tight. Mine is an 01 Honda Passport. Any ideas on what I could do? I don't want to break it trying to get it off.

You saved me hours and my sanity! Thanks dude. Thank took 20 miniutes and I had that valve cover right off. I needed it for the 97 Rodeo but it all worked the same. I had one rounded out bolt as well. I'm having ... finding a replacement. You know where I could order a new set? Probably just gonna have to find a suitable replacement otherwise. Thanks again!

What's remote works best for 02 Rodeo? I recently bought an aftermarket one because I can't locate an original for less than $180, ouch, and these Made in China knock offs are useless, but if I have to I might just switch out the whole receiver and put a remote ignition kit as well.
